Gregory Hamilton
Greg is a Senior Experience Researcher and Human Factors Specialist at Mad*Pow, a Strategic Design agency based in Boston. At Mad*Pow, Greg leads foundational research to improve the usability, health outcomes, and engagement of digital healthcare products and services. He help clients in pharma, med device, government, and health-tech develop innovative consumer and clinical products and services that enhance human well-being.

Previously, Greg conducted human factors medical device and consumer health studies at Radius Innovation & Development, and worked as a user research associate at Bentley University’s User Experience Center. Greg is a member of HFES, EPIC, and UXPA. He is from Boston, and holds a MS in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University, and a BA in psychology from Bard College.
