She has 6 + years Human Factors experience with combination products and oral solid dose pharmaceutical packaging and is responsible for supporting the development and launch of new devices, pediatric, and oral products at Abbvie. In addition to Human Factors, Joy also has worked in global sales and marketing, market access, and market analysis. Joy has a B.A. in Anthropology from Northwestern University.
