Tracey Morrison is a UX researcher at Bold Insight in Chicago, IL. Tracey’s background is a blend of research, design, and art, all connected by a desire to amplify people’s voices. To every client challenge, she brings UX and product design experience in healthcare, social services, and non-profit organizations with a particular interest in design for social impact. Tracey is passionate about using research to make informed and effective design decisions that can better people’s lives. She has a Master of Design in Industrial Design from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
