Kelsey Gross leads dermatology product development as a product manager at Digital Diagnostics. She focuses on designing Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) applications, managing stakeholders across the engineering, product, and R&D teams to refine existing products and develop a new pipeline of diagnostics in the dermatology space. Prior to 3Derm’s acquisition by Digital Diagnostics, Kelsey led product operations for 3Derm’s portfolio of dermatology applications, including their teledermatology service, 3DermTriage, their autonomous AI diagnostic, DermSpot, and the recently developed 3Derm ImageAssist application for consumer-facing dermatology e-consults. Kelsey has a breadth of experience across UI/UX, product development, data analytics, data management, and customer engagement. She is passionate about optimizing product workflows for accessibility and reducing health disparities through product development. Kelsey graduated from Claremont McKenna College with a B.A. in Economics, with honors.
