Presenter

Carol is a first year PhD student conducting research in natural language processing to integrate information from patient free text notes and patient reported outcomes into electronic health records. Her previous research experience includes three years in wearable technology and two years in aerospace engineering. Her primary focus is to combine her engineering background in wearables with data science to build mobile health interventions and tools that bridge any gaps between clinicians and patients.
