Daniel Ullman
Daniel Ullman is a PhD candidate in Cognitive Science at Brown University, where he conducts research under the Humanity-Centered Robotics Initiative (HCRI). He received his BA cum laude in Cognitive Science from Yale University in 2015 and his ScM in Cognitive Science from Brown University in 2017. He was supported by the Department of Defense (DoD) through the National Defense Science & Engineering Graduate Fellowship (NDSEG) Program between 2015 and 2018, and by the National Space Grant College and Fellowship Program, Space Grant Opportunities in NASA STEM (NNX15AI06H) between 2018 and 2019. His PhD research primarily focuses on trust in human-robot interaction, and he developed the Multi-Dimensional Measure of Trust (MDMT) in collaboration with his advisor Bertram F. Malle to model and measure trust.
