Dr. Nicolette McGeorge is a research scientist at Charles River Analytics. Her research experience includes applications of cognitive systems engineering and human factors engineering methods to the design of information displays, including work domain analysis, data driven design, ecological interface design, and usability evaluations. She aims to understand systems and work for design with respect to decision making in complex, dynamic environments. Recently, these methods have been applied to the support of military workflows and C2 decision making, such as for Army Tactical Combat Casualty Care documentation and intervention support. Dr. McGeorge received her PhD in Industrial & Systems Engineering, specializing in Human Factors Engineering, from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
