Mark Hollister is a Humans Factors Engineering master's student at Virginia Tech, with a bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Auburn University. As a previous intern at NASA Langley Research Center, he has experience in microgravity workstation design for lunar orbit habitats and virtual reality development, along with industry contracted academic experience in vehicle design for pressurized Mars rover concepts, and many product design and user experience design projects. Currently, Mark is researching augmented reality methods to increase spatial awareness for exoskeleton operators, and focusing his academic studies on human computer interaction and automation human factors for aerospace applications.
