As a human factors engineer at Farm, Carolyn supports interdisciplinary teams in the development, execution, and documentation of user research and usability testing. Prior to Farm, Carolyn spent two years as a usability engineer for a medical device manufacturer, conducting usability testing, use-related risk analyses, and requirements development for Class 3 medical devices in preparation for FDA submissions. Carolyn received a M.S. degree in Engineering Psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where her research focused on the cognition driving visual search errors. Carolyn also holds a Bachelor’s of Science and Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University.
