Katelyn Faulks
Katelyn is a Researcher at Ipsos who consults with international and national clients in tech, healthcare, finance, consumer, and educational industries. Katelyn specializes in discovery work, formative research, and benchmark testing of innovative products and features with users, such as Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, and products that link to the 'Internet of Things' or create ‘connected ecosystems.’ Katelyn's research focuses on gleaning insights to elevate and improve the user experience and while simultaneously supporting clients’ strategic business goals.
She also spearheads leveraging technology and iterating internal tools to push the boundaries of UX research into new environments (e.g. virtual).

Katelyn holds a dual BA degree in Anthropology and Media Studies from University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, with concentrations in medical and cultural anthropology and media analysis.
